CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prices form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian resident farmers-primary producers of Victoria, S.A., N.S.W., and SthnQld(South of imaginary line drawn between Longreach and Rockhampton Qld) Employees of Silo Sealing Waterproofing and the immediate families are ineligible.
3. To Enter, entrants must fill in all details on entry form and return by the official closing date.
4. The promoter(Silo Sealing Waterproofing Vic P/L) reserves the right to verify the validity of entries  and to disqualify the entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these entry conditions.
5. Competition commences on 12/08/2010. Entries close 01/12/2010. The winner will be drawn 18/12/2010. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner as determined by the judges, in their sole discretion will be one major prize of retail value at $3000 in goods and/or services supplied by Silo Sealing Waterproofing Vic P/L
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Transport and all ancilliary cost relating to the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
9. The winner will be notified by telephone and email.
10. The winner consents to the possible use by the promoters of their likeness(including photograph, file blog or similar) in any media throughout the world for an unlimited time period without renumeration for the purpose of promoting this competition and the promoters business.
11. The promoters collect entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised; each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information in any media for further promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without further references, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
